Well im tired of running my bike at full throttle and only going 27 mph so ive decided to attack the idea of putting a shifter kit on my chopper. im using the livefast motors engine mount and the bgf engine. Im in the process now of putting the freewheel gears on the rear hub. Has anyone on here ever put a shifter kit on an schwinn occ chopper? Im going to use the sick bike part shifte kit. I saw Bryons post a couple of years ago but he never went into much detail. Do you guys thing a 5 sp freewheel would bolt right up to the old single speed hub? Any help is greatly appriciated. Heres a pic of my chopper.
