I have a Schwinn Spoiler. It has a little surface rust on the chrome and a few scratches in the paint. It has never had an engine mounted and it is all stock. Otherwise it is in good shape. I also have a Dupor 196cc engine with the top throttle plate, high flow air filter, 12 tooth friction clutch w/10ft of chain and stock exhaust. Engine and components are all new and never used.
