  1. After my job with a defense contractor was cut, I find myself with alot of free time. Not much money; but alot of time. I am an almost fifty avid bicyclist, tinkerer, and web surfer. Got to this site after researching electric bikes. Got a 2 cycle weedeater and many bikes.

    Then you're on the right track.

    Better get that weed-eater mounted and start riding.

    The best part; no need to budget for gas money.

    After perusing this forum I am thinking of getting an 80cc kit of of ebay... maybe form boygofast. Any thoughts?

    Hi, welcome lincoln :grin: Got to the photo section and spend an hour scanning through the photo's for ideas. I think many designs will grab ya. Many here have started with ebay kits. Jump on in. You wont regret it. Get your feet wet with the kit, you can upgrade later if you catch the bug. terrence
