I have attached photos of my Boss Cruiser with a Sick Bike shifter kit and Kawasaki KX65 Exhaust. It is a first class combination. It is shockingly fast. A young fellow that works for me keeps racking up the trouble free miles on this bike.

I don't have a video camera. It is bone stock other then the pipe. Because I am worried about it running lean, I attached the stock silencer to the end of the pipe. I am sure a more suitable silencer would help but it would surely require appropriate carburation. As it is, it has enough speed to cause long term hospitalization. I do mix the fuel with a heavy mixture of Mercury Quicksilver oil as a means of preservation. The leaking fuel shutoff and leaking carb are causing the stains on the floor. I don't know why I didn't buy the Sick fuel shutoff with the rest of my parts.

:D:eek: he must have just backed his S-10 out of the garage!

You must meen PUSHED the S-10 out of the garage.......LMAO

Anyway nice pipe that KX65 pipe should be a great match for a 66cc engine.
Not a good idea to use outboard motor oils, as they are for use with watercooled engines. I would suggest you get some quality AIR COOLED 2 stroke oil, such as Amsoil.....
