Clutch Slipping Clutch

I have one of these little skyhawk engines with a slipping clutch. I have pulled the cover and the clutch plate off to exposed the pads. They appear to be slightly oily. Can they be cleaned? If not how do you get the clutch assembly off the bike for replacement? How do I properly adjust the clutch?

they can be cleaned - they just pull out of the slots they sit in - they can be replaced for about $7 new with no tools required
