Tryin to decide,
Whats the pros & cons on Inside vs Outside drive?

biggest thing I can see is the motor hangs more off to the side

The inside drive is a little tougher to install but one possible consideration might be if you want to upgrade at some point? The inside or outside drives are single speeds, from there the inside drive works with the Staton crank shift kit and the outside drive works with his 7 speed shift kit.

Inside drive centers over the rear wheel better. That's why I bought it.

You can always drill the case later on, if you change your setup from single speed to NuVinci, or vice versa. Staton sells the extra gear and bearing for the conversion.
