Exhaust Stuck Exhaust 80cc happy time

Does the end of this exhaust twist off or pry off? I already removed the screw that holds it in.

I want to take it apart to give it a quick cleaning and drill a hole in it to get a little more power... but its really stuck!

I usually lay it down on a table or bench and tap on the seam with a hammer and chisle until theres a little gap then twist , that does the trick most of the time.

these are very hard to get apart
yes as Rock says hammer n chisel or tap a flathead in there to get her started.....it just pulls out.....dont twist it too much you bend the pipe inside.......youll see what i mean when you do get it apart.
