I cant seem to find the serial number on my Skyhawk GT-5. The plate on the port side says the engine cc/hp and Mfg date. It would seem like the logical place to put the serial #. I looked all around, as best i could without flipping the bike, for stamped in numbers on the block. No luck.

Do the chinamen not believe in s/n's?

Nope. My serial number was on a sticker on the magneto cover. It had the date of manufacture and a serial number of sorts(4 digit serial number)and the size of the motor. I peeled it off right from the start as 66's are not legal. With no identifying marks and I'm geared for low pulling power the police don't care here.
