A buddy of mine has bought several Kings Motor Bikes "Death Row" kits and loves them for what they are.
Unfortunately the torque converter mounting brackets repeatedly crack at an apparent knit line in the casting.
Does anyone have experience with the torque converters made by GTC Manufacturing? I was searching through AGK's web site today and the torque converter they market is GTC. My search today started because almost 30 years back another buddy of mine gave me a mini bike called Trail Buck.
Long story short sorta, I wanted to get it running. A Google search turned up a mini bike forum that had photos and history. So now I know it was powered by a 7hp Tecumseh with a torque converter to a jack shaft to drive the rear wheel on the right side.
I am asking for help for myself and my buddy using the Death Row kits. I want a solid set up and so does my buddy.
