Tear Drop Gas Tank on Weedeater Bike

I have a weedeater friction drive bike. The gas tank is really small on it, I can only go about 10-15 miles on it. I bought a 2.5 liter tear drop gas tank from SpookyTooth. It has a threaded insert where it looks like I can thread in a nipple of some sort. I tried looking at Home Depot but they didn't have anything. Do they make those for the size of a weedeater fuel line(which is really small)? Or can I buy a fuel line that will fit into the gas tank online, and have to make an adapter of some sort to fit onto a weedeater gas line? Any help with this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Check my gallery man it can be done. Just find a size reducer for the line. Also it sounds like you are missing the petcock

Ok my friend, who is doing the same setup as I am, found the right threaded nipple piece at Ace Hardware. Im gonna head over there tomorrow. It should turn out pretty cool.
