I've seen a lot of these vBulletin forums, where they have a LOT more fun up in the left corner.

Besides, MB.variations of Member is really kinda sexist???

What 1-2-or 3 word phrase best describes YOUR MB.status?

Off the top of my head:

    Semi Genius Tinkerer

    Traveler (or tourist)

    Lance Armstrong Wannabe

    Infoholic Gizmo Owner

    Failed Skateboarder

    Failing Marriage

    Miserly Skinflint

    Survivalist Calvary

    Speed Racer

    Chopper Minimizer

Something like "The Big Bhudda" could be reserved for Tom

We could limit it to a 2 Word Descriptor, 3 words if you think you are Super!

Could use this thread to explain whtthkcf? is a "Wandering Wizard....."

Anybody know the guidelines other forums use???? Easiest thing to do is just steal those rules.

ANYthing with "ninja" in it would be good.

Or a character with wheels like Evil Knievel, Barney Fife or Billy Jack

Yo Elmo0, we look in the Right Corner and see "o0ld".

Okay, 4 words IF you are in the Social Security Set, call it this years COLA !

But status would be trying to get in in ONE note...

Why I made the suggestion is while viewing all the pre-game vBulletins sites, before the Iron Bowl, the SEC championship, the Texas game, I kept noticing that left corner.....

For instance, on "shaggybevo" the big Texas site, our autocensors wouldn't allow many of those Descriptors...(this one is pretty funny....rec'd reading for Crimson Tide fans)

I looked at the vBulletin forum, there is a list of sites with over a million threads (and it is from 2002)

My connection is super-slow, I picked one at random, a scooter forum....

It looks to me like a member has to have a certain amount of posts to be able to change his/her Descriptor, the newbies are "registered users", then the addicts can get the "status", I guess choosing a name from a list???????

I looked at a gaming forum where it's all Army ranks, a soccer forum with a lot of cliches (World Class, Bench sitter)....

I even found a MillionThread site talking about telephones....jeez.

But I dunno much, look how Dave's suggestion will probably get more votes than any of my 5 !!

I have to do this for fun. It can't possibly be stealth. A 300lb man on a bicycle is NOT stealth no matter how you disguise it. Actually it is pretty frightening when you think about it. hehe

    How about a "shear-pin" group.
For those that are designed (or destined) to fail...
