To Billet, or Not to Billet 2/stroke.

    Hey room,

    I want to try a "Billet Head" on my 48cc Skyhawk. It's a 12/09 with right at 235 clean miles. So, do you think it would be worth trying to find one?

    Would it really help that much? I'm 32:1 mix,It's on a 26" MTB,SBP chamber,SBP filter,NGK tan color plug,New wire and boot,Boost bottle, all new exterior hardware to Allen etc.

    Runs great, I'm just doing legal with 48cc, Flates around 30-32. Average hills down in teens.

    I was thinking about thinning head gasket first?

    Any advise is a good thing.

    um...get a bigger rear sprocket :) less strain on the lil motor, final top speed wont be as high, but still possibly be better than what youre getting... especially uphill. which is the whole idea...

    you got most everything already... head wont hurt i spose...

    Yes, guess maybe I need to go from 44T, to 48T.....................
