So I need a detailed guide on tearing down this motor GT5.

My problem is some of the bolt will just not ****ing move no matter how hard I try.

The clutch bolts and the remaining nuts will just not budge!

If anyone could help I would be more than grateful.

seen a few case bolts that needed impact driver to start, but never seen other bolts fail to move - I'm thinking wrong tools or wrong technique

here on this board is a step-by-step set of pics about taking the motor apart

I'd try an impact tool to loosen the bolts. They are cheaper than broken bolts and easy-outs.

to remove the nuts on the clutch shaft itself... or the sprocket...

jam something in between the sprocket teeth and the case.

to remove the main crank gear screw... iunno. usually they are loose already!

and of course, the best, cheapest alternative to an impact driver (that dont always work btw!) is a short length of steel/brass bar and a HAMMER. smack every screw HARD three times, before anything, and they will come out without out even grunting.

Make your life easy and buy an air compressor and a butterfly rattle gun.

It's amazing at just how much a butterfly rattle gun reduces profane language when working on these engines.
