A question which will bring forth lots of input is what tyres are people using?

Whats a good tyre for these bikes?

I ask as I think the "cheap as can be" tyres on mine wont last too long, mine has 26" wheels.

So what are peoples suggestions/thoughts about what sort of tyre I should think about as a replacement.

you may be suprised, sometimes cheap tires last a long time but have harder rubber with less traction.

I assume you're driving the tire from a means that is not a friction scrubber?

My rear is a walmart bell 26x2.125 almost-slick from walmart; the actual brand stamped on the sidewall is something else. Figure the slick will give a smoother ride.
