U.K ratter. PUCH HEAD HELP??

First post but ello from wales.U.K.
Here's where im at right now with my ratter. Any other members over here? :) my first motorised build but not new to the custom bike world :)
Driven sprocket upgrade and a new air filter in the next couple of days. What does everyone think? Clocking high 30s mph on the flat :) running a 46t. 32t on the way.

cut and welded the left crank arm at an angle to leave clearance for exhaust, are there benefits from running exhaust up frame?
 
I think if you run the muffler pipe up wheres the oil come out. And haveing the. Muffler behind you or not pointing at the ground makes it seem less noisey
 
This one has a seat post stuck down lower

Why the cheap mig welder? My dad restores classic cars so no trouble there. Don't trust the seat much lower. Doesn't feel as good while riding plus there's some flex in extended post :)
