I've been working on putting my bike together and getting it dialed in for the past 4 days and found this site to be such a valuable resource. My clutch was so tight upon installation that the hand lever actually broke - not the cable, but the lever (cheap pot metal). With a new lever and some ideas from Large, I fabricated a pulley system and can not work the clutch with a single finger. THANK YOU!!

Took my bike to work (8 miles) and had a blast - heads turning, me grinning - best commute yet.

Again, thanks to all for the little tips that I've picked up here...

hi foy; large is a great help. tighten all hardware, throw away acorn head nuts and watch that tensioner. now lets ride.
