Im running my bike with a staton inc friction kit and the Robin 4 stroke. But I want some more power.. I can get a good deal on a Tanaka 47R, will I notice a big difference in power/speed if I used that? If not, can anyone reccomend an engine that will give me a good amount more power?

The Tanaka 47R is listed as track use only. Not legal to use on the streets. The Tanaka 40 will really do you nicely.

The 47R was the most powerful engine that was commercially available until recently. At that time I was not thinking of "dancing with cars" on the highway.

If the price was right at that time, I'd be running twin 47R's instead of Mitsubishi engines on "The Dragon Lady".

I'm running the Tanka 40cc engine and it has plenty of speed and power. I had a guy ride next to me on his scooter and he clocked me at 35mph.
Add the power pack and it will give you another 5 mph or so.
