My original PT80 carb lost a piece so I got a new carberator for $50.
I love the additional hp and torque. It will get out from beneath you very easily and I'm over 200lbs. Not sure if it's called the wallbro carb.
Has anyone else upgraded their carberator? What were your experiances?

So which model carb did you buy? Where did you buy it? How does it mount? A pic would be good too. I'm really interested, did it run well right out of the box?

I don't know the model number but it is 14mm for f1/c1 pocket bike engine.
I bought it from tsunamibike in Hamilton, Ontario.
They do mail order from their website.
This is the only one they recommended for the HT engine kits.
Ran great out of the box.
Has a feature that when the choke is on, it goes off automaticly when full throttle is applied.
Requires a larger $20 metal air filter.
The piece where the cable goes into the carb needs to be shorter then what it comes with.
They have this piece there and will supply it if you ask.

I found what looks like it on eBay for $25 plus shipping with air filter.
"pocket bike carbs" is the search term I used.

Hi flap I looked that up on ebay the $25 one had $35 for shipping but.. the $29 one had $13 for shipping and $6 for a second one. that drops the price down to $43 for one. A good savings. Nice find.

edit; Ok a lil more looking and the second listing is for the same co. but usa based and the shipping then dropped to $11 so a lil under $41 that's pretty good.
