Hi seanhan and bluegoatwoods, hope you won't mind me replyin both at the same time.
Thanks for your posts, hope you'll get this as it's my first reply and don't know if I do everything right but I already built my machine, 80cc on
    a mounton bike.
Don't know if anyone else came across this situation but within two weeks I lost a muffler cover, which you can't buy separatly so I had to improvise and it got completly bloct with the metalic stuff inside, which at the time I didn't
know what was goind on and certainly didn't expect that happening and before I found
out I went checking and adjusting everything on a fuel passage, hope it'll give others idea
if your motor has no power.

Oh yes, the muffler screw came loose and the guts spilled out.

I think that's happened to everyone.

I got one of my few flat tires that way. The rear tire went right over the hot muffler tube and went instantly flat.

I replaced that stupid screw with a hex head bolt and lock washer.

In a recent related post a newbie posted photos and I saw that his muffler was built differently from mine. I have a feeling these have changed recently. So my fix might or might not work for you. But I'll bet you can figure out something.
