a couple of my spokes are broken on the upgraded heavy duty wheel and all the others are very loose so the last heavy duty metal wheel was not the one I needed b/c it only lasted me a few months and the braking on the metal wheels are terrible. The cassette is also broken so I need a rear wheel with cassette. Im pretty sure the stock is a 7 speed. Attached are images for reference
