Look for Sun BFR mammoth wheels in 24 inch. They're one tough wheel, and about as wide as you'll find standard wheels.

Thank You...I am looking for a supplier of built wheels, I found the rims only.. but looking for complete wheels...................... The local bike stores here might as well use handguns here instead of cash registers.

You're probably going to need to have your wheel built custom. You'll need to specify the rim, hub, spokes, and lacing.
AEBike builds wheels; I've never bought a built-up wheel from them, but I have bought other items, and haven't been disappointed. They sell most brands of Hubs and Rims. They don't have the BFR rim, but they do sell Rhyno Lites, which a lot of BMX folks swear by.
If you need a really heavy duty wheel, the wheelmaster builds wheels with 10 gage motorcycle spokes! They're tough as nails. You ship him the parts; he ships you the built-wheel. Expensive, though.
