What to do when the sus. seat post is too high

The bike frame is big for me even with the 24 inch wheels, so I came up with this. Also needed it to be rearward. It is welded with plates down low and welds at those two tubes going down.

Well done. The first motorized bike I built was a bit too tall for me. It was a 19" mountain bike. I ride a cruiser now and the seat is mounted in a layback position like yours.
