First post? Welcome to the forum.

There is no 50cc Whizzer engine.
    They are 138cc 4 strokes.

I'm guessing you saw the whizzer engine kits online and got the wrong idea..the rest are small but not those like MBR says

    More info would be helpful.

there is a scam seller that claims the 50 cc Chinese bicycle engines are Whizzers.

I forget their website so where did you see this?

Has anyone asked Joe Lynn about if one could be made?

We were all waiting for you to ask Joe?

The Chinese copy stuff like the Whizzer and the Russian bicycle engines but asking them to actually engineer a 50cc 4 stroke is asking a lot.

There are decent Chinese 50 cc 4 strokes like the Huasheng Honda clone available right now.

Also some even cheaper good 98cc overhead valve 4 stroke motors for $125

50cc motors for bikes is a very small market.

    Hello jamesholland.

I can see that you're brand new here and it also seems as if this thread is going nowhere. So I'll see if I can't give the info that, I think, you're craving.

These 'russian bike engines' are the closest thing to a 50 cc "Whizzer" that are easily available. Although the russian version isn't available as far as I know. but chinese copies are available and cheap. They are a single cylinder, 48 or 49 cc two stroke. They come with hardware and components to attach to a bicycle. This hardware is not very good and the user usually has to do some of his own engineering. But it's do-able for anyone who has, say, the skill to keep a regular bicycle in good working order. It's not all that hard. But it can be frustrating and aggravating.

They make an amazingly inexpensive and competent little vehicle. The price that must be paid is that you must be willing to tinker and get your hands dirty.

If this subject interests you, then stick around and read these threads. Just click on any headline that looks interesting and read until you're finished or lose interest. Then click on another. You'll learn a lot.

Here's a sample of this type of bike.

2009-2013 Back to the Time Line
March 2009-Current Whizzer is currently on a temporary hiatus from bike production. There are still some dealers selling NOS bikes. In addition to supporting dealers, Whizzer continues to offer replacement parts, accessories and collectibles for the new generation Whizzers.

Sorry but there never was a 50 cc Whizzer being developed.

You misread something and you are probably as computer illiterate as your communication skills so far. :)

There is no page 47 and you are too clueless to post a direct link. :)

Click your mouse in the address bar until it turns blue highlighted

then right click on it and click copy from the drop down menu.

Then right click in a post and paste the link.

    Looks like this

    Default Good News about Whizzer
Hello, there is much to say, and much to leave unsaid! Whizzer WILL recieve an under 50cc prototype in a couple of months or so. Unlikely to be pure prototype, but more than likely a "Production Prototype".

This is not to be announced yet, but I wanted to drop the info here first, and I want to know what you-all think.

There are plans underway to do something creative about engine kits, this too will take a couple months, but I have heard news that is not in a repeatable format, that I will share with you-all as soon as I can.

I am now interested in promoting Whizzer (138 and 49) in Canada and other parts around the US.

I will be very appreciative of any and all help that you here can offer, as this is a complicated, multi-facted endeavor, and can benefit a great many people, if done correctly.

I would like you guys, if you want, to PM me your telephone numbers, as there are aspects that I'd like to discuss, without the hassle of my poorly-implemented 2-finger typing!

Please let me know what you are thinking,

    Mike

I copy this straight off page 47
