wheel safety

hello,i live in greece and i want to buy a 2-stroke 66cc/80cc bike engine but i want to know if the spokes can handle the engine's power.

Welcome to the forum. I guess this doesn't compare to the forum in Athens. Your back wheel should be fine if you maintain the wheel (grease the bearings, and don't allow spokes to too loose, and don't hop up your motor.
