Wheel with cassette

I have a very untrue rim/tire, and it is a big pain to true a rim/tire then make sure the cassette is on true also. So I have been looking for a long time for a rim/tire with a cassette all ready on it, I found one yesterday and know I can't remember the site. So if anybody would know where I could find a wheel with a cassette already attached that would be greatly appreciated.

Go to the thrift stores those wheels are abundant find a 5 dollar mountain bike then you go parts too.
