    The 'Claytons' refund.
I bought a new 10T drive sprocket from ZBox last week, but the one that arrived was old and very well worn.
I emailed Steve and let him know of the error a couple of days ago.
The ZBox refund - he charged an additional (unauthorised) $20 to my credit-card yesterday, I discovered a short time ago.
I guess he meant to put $20 in, not take it out.
I just emailed him and will see what happens.

Isn't it amazing how mistakes always remove money from your pocket, just like bank errors - you never hear of the banks accidently crediting someones account.
