where can I find a rear wheel sheav

hmmm, can you make one?
it just looks like a 20" rim bolted to a 26" rim.
you would have to make some kind of brackets to attach it to the spokes, but it looks like it would be pretty easy to make one.
you could even "gear" it lower by using a 16" rim, or higher by using a 24" rim.
just a thought.

Thanks for the info.
Think that I will go with the whizzer type sheave for my first belt drive build. Later I wi experiment with the dual rim setup. At one of the MB rallys I saw the dual rim setup and it did perform well. The guy (Scotty) said he had been using it for a few years with no problem.

james65,
I used the Whizzer sheave for a little while but found that I couldn't get the gearing low enough for any of my engines ( I didnt want a jackshaft or transmission reduction) & had trouble getting it perfectly centered so I sold it & built my own larger pulley. Here is a link to how I did it. I now run this 'Rim to Rim' setup on two high powered MB's with much success after many miles.
