Where to get better brake pads

Have side pull v brakes on motorized bike. The Walmart pads don't last long. Where could I get a harder rubber or better pad?

You will probably need to get pads from a bicycle shop if you want longer wear. They will cost twice as much at a bike shop, but you may be happier with them.
