Torque head bolts
8mm bolts 15 ft lbs / 180 inch lbs
10mm bolts 17 ft lbs / 204 inch lbs
One Washer

How to keep the threads from stripping,
1) Only tighten when the engine is cold
2) Don't cross thread
3) Damaged bolt thread will damage the female threads
The previous owner probably "F" up the threads

Your WC-1 cyl is still good
Stripped threads (pulled threads) can be repaired with a Helicoil Thread Insert

The WC-1 cyl head won't fit on the NE-5 cyl. The bolt pattern is different

Best to upgrade the head bolts and cylinder with 5/16 18 Course threads. You an helicoil the 2 that don't have anything. Torque 15 ft lbs

The 6mm head bolts torque is 7 ft lbs Max

This stuff should be in the whizzer stuff..what's up?
