I know this has been beat to death but..... After gathering info for hours yesterday it seems that just this year the law was changed and a m2 andd registration is require for MB's. what i dont get (and correct me please if i am wrong) if the m1 and m2 are different and they are, why is the test the same and why not just get a m1 that covers it all if the test is the same. i dont see why an m2 is required they are not test you in a bike lane or the right side of the road so the test has nothing to do with MB's.
Anyway if anyone in Cali is just saying screw it I'm riding anyway chime in.
and whos riding in los angeles or near with no issues or incidents.
