riding down the street dead middle of road lady runs stop hits me 15 people having a party bunch of witnesses cop ignored me and only took basic info from me talked to lady for a hour
after this tells me to go home and dont worry about insurance info they will call me next day all lies get the info before cops come i couldnt they only spoke spanish

just cause they have license dont mean they can drive

How are you doing? Hope your ok. It can happen to anyone. I hope you do get the ins info and are made whole. Don't just let it go, you deserve a new bike at least. Keep on the cops for all the info you can get. Get an accident report, that might be all you need. Good luck!

I see a front impact with no front brakes and just a coaster brake on the rear.

Bent the rim but not the forks. Usually the forks go before the headset tube separates from the frame. Might have stopped in time with front brakes. Them folks out there are gona make mistakes the same as all of us. Even when it's their fault you gota be equipped when they do. Hope you get a new bike con fresnos en frente.
