WTB drum brake wheel 26"

I would like to purchase a front drum brake wheel 26"

I reall don't want to put a disc on a BTR. However I found Pirate has a worksman wheel w/drum for $100 if I pick it up.
Does that disc come with the wheel? If so please give me the info for future builds.

I seen them at piston bikes they are a bolt on will actualy fit any wheel from what I seen. I'm actualy trying to build a BTR myself but I want it to be a bit modern I'm at a losss on power supply.
