WTB/WTT #13/14 gebe drive pulley

I'm almost done with a conversion im working on but im lacking a drive pulley to modify. Any offers would be appreciated. As well any ideas on if filing my spindle to be a toothed sprocket will work or if ill just tear up my belt. Id be doing it with a file and a dremel, in a perfect world id have a cnc but ... also maybe taking another belt and attaching a piece of it to the spindle with some epoxy could work. I think il try that if i can find a belt to hack up.
