Photos & Bicycle Builds

Pictures of motorized bike projects and bike builds. Vote for the best build!
Heres a cranbrook I pulled out of trash with tires rotting off, so i was needing a bike for my 1st 2 stroke build. I have all these spares parts left over from my 4 stroke build, soo I figured I would use them, will see what I end up with at the end of this project. Since it's made from spare parts will call it the Sparesbrook!
This is an early Terratrike with drum brakes, an SRAM DualDrive 3×7 rear wheel. Modified kingpins with machined pivots and 16mm bushings to correct OEM crappy hardware, its rock-solid at 30mph. Added Big Apples 2.0, Terracycle chain idlers, lights bags horn blutooth stereo speaker. Electrified with Bafang BBS02B 750W version. DPC18 display, 48V 17ah battery. Brake and shift sensors, headlight taillight. All wires sleeved, junction box under boom. I did buy the programmer loaded software on laptop, loaded Karls Special Sauce into parameters, modified it a bit for longer gaps with shift sensor, slow starts, limited max current, some variation in the 10 tables of PAS assist, throttle response, so lower levels have less max throttle...
Dont mind the scratches, that's my fault. I have no idea what im going to do with these yet. I am going to buy more of them next month. I have a new set of shelves in the shop and I need to fill them with stuff. What better than motors!! Lol. I bought both of these engines for a grand total of $209 USD. All tax and stuff included. Big head is a 79/100cc and stock head is a 66.

i love this bike. Reminds me of my boyhood days running from cops and getting l***. I can still smell the brick, mmmmm. This a 1982 Kawasaki 440 ltd, an Im gonna top 20k miles on the way home today. Bought her with really low miles, but she had sat for years and the seat, etc was decaying. I've made her look good again. An she runs like a raped ape. Love this bike, her name is censored here.
Got a set of bbr covers to spiff up the old girl. Initially not happy as the gear case cover was too shallow and 3 pins ground case at full clutch pull. Also clutch cover was partially drilled only for retainer pin and not pinned. Oh well I say, finished drilling the 2.4 mm retainer pin hole and tapped for 3mm cs screw. Always wanted a vented cover not only for cooling and reliability but trick factor as well so fired up drill press and deburred. Looks good imho. Whoops sorry belongs in pics forum my bad just realized it.
Starting this as my thread for my bike build. Going to post hear sporadically on how the build is going. Hopefully I can track the challenges I'm facing, the tasks I want to complete, the decisions and notes I'm making. My Zeda80 came in the mail the other day based on @DAMIEN1307 suggestion. Did a quick unboxing and was overall pretty pleased with the quality of the engine. There are few things I noticed that I want to start addressing 1. Replace mounting studs and add loctite 2. The mounting bracket has tearout/flash on the mounting holes. I'm going to sand it down and/or replace the mounting altogether 3. The head came with tightened down but it looks like there is gaps all the way around the gasket. 4. Exhaust port could use a...
