My new off-road motored bike

This is my new motored bike, it's almost done, there are some minor details to end or fix, like finish the lighting system, or some fine tuning of the carb, but it's working fine for now.
The bike it's a standard 26 double suspension bike, the only modification to the bike was the fork, and the disk brake in front. The engine it's an argentinan engine brand da-dalt, which is a copy of a Motori Morini Italian moped engine. This engine has 50cc of displacement, reed valve admission, and a very thick aluminum crankcase, very robust with very very big bearings, it's almost indestructible, that's why i choose it ;). It has also an Dell'Orto SHA1412 carb, a CDI ignition and lighting coil (both separated circuits) with a ducati magneto, a steel/aluminum cylinder (painted with high temperature black spray paint), and a custom made exhaust (which I want to change soon because it's not the best in terms of power output).
The gear ratio was chosen for high torque, not final speed, so this bike climbs almost everything, and burn tires like nothing. It's very fun to ride because has very nice acceleration, and the engine has vibrations only at very high revs.
Here there are some pics, hope you enjoy this "rare bug" :p

Very very nice build. I've never seen a full suspension mountain bike that looks that good with an engine, you have done an amazing job on that! totally unique! I bet you get some heads turning out there. Nice job, its brilliant!

Simply stunning!!
Do they sell engines in good condition?
Do I have to learn Spanish to order one?:???:

Thanks ozzyu812!
I think the argentinian factory da-dalt still producing this engine, but i don't know for how long, because it's very very hard to compete with chinese four strokes engines like the ones you find in cubs. Actually, almost every argentinian moped factories are stopping the production of 2 strokes engines because chinese engines are cheaper even being of 4 strokes with gears.

I think you must try to ask if they can send you an engine to your country, but i guess the shipping cost will be quite big. Here the engine (brand new) cost i think U$S400 more or less. I bought mine for less than U$S50 ;).
They are working (da-dalt) as importers now, so i don't think that the language will be an issue.

Thanks fastboy9!

It was, and still is, a big challenge to make this "monster" work! But i really love it! (well i will not lie to you, i love all my bikes ;) )

Im working on the exhaust which is the main performance issue right know, i finished a "home made" or "poor man" expansion chamber. I think i will test it tomorrow. Then i post my results, and the picture of it.

Thanks jared3377 and Norm!

BlueCollarBikes, no problem, take the ideas that you may need, my only condition it is that you send me or post the pics later :D

As I promised...

As I said before, I was working on a home made tunned pipe / expansion chamber.
You can check in the attached picture , the result. Of course needs to be restyled, because it's just the first test, but i must say, the results are astonishing, I think the final speed doubled, or so, anyway it's too fast for a bike (and the torque and acceleration still greats!). Of course the carb has to be re-jetted from a number 54 to a 60, a good sign, because if the engine "request" more fuel after a exhaust modification it's symptom that the gases have a better flow.
Now the bike it's running the way i like it. And sound great too, like real enduro motorcycle, specially at high RPMs.

If you ever get the time PLEASE,PLEASE make a U tube
video! I'm certain we all would love to hear it!
I think you have a real talent. You should build'em and sell'em! You would make a KILLING!
