Hi everyone!

I am a newbie to the motorized bicycle world. I have already learned alot from this great site. I have had a love for bicycles (well, anything on wheels for that matter) for about 20 years.

I was recently presented the opportunity to purchase a motorized bicycle and I did. You may recognize this bicycle, it has been discussed on this site in the past. We'll call it "Evans II".

As you probably already know this bike is equipped with the following:
Honda GXH50 4 stroke engine.
Grubee gearbox
Custom built frame
Sturmey Archer drum front brake
Brooks saddle
etc, etc, etc.

I can't say enough about how much enjoyment I get from riding this bike. It's an absolute joy. Also I can't thank RATRODER enough for the fantastic build he did on it.

cooooool. A grubee gearbox fits a honda gx50 like that. It looks like a honda oem setup. Thats the best mab drive train Ive seen so far. Is a centrifigal clutch inside of that transfer case? Can the chain run vertically from that case?

Yes, centrifigal clutch is inside the case. The chain gear exits the back side rear of the case. It seems you may very well be able to run the chain vertically.

haha...ya know, the other day he told me, "somebody" bought a motored bike, from someone in Arkansas. I wondered..Louis came to mind!...hahaha
