Friction Drive Talk

I just searched and found this thread.

If you are going the DIY approach, how do you attach the roller to the centrifugal clutch on the engine? I'm wanting to make a mount for the engine, but I'm not sure how to build the drivetrain.

That's why I previously built a trailer with belt-pulley drive, and used a go kart clutch, because it was easy for me to make it work.

But now after I realized the trailer draws too much attention, I want to use a smaller engine and friction drive.

Can u post up a pic of your engine shaft. I hope your not thinkin of puttin that briggs on it, thats fricken huge.
