ok so i bought a Ht80 motor from dgoria and im new to these motor so my issue is that the clutch arm can swing all the way around and i have no way to dissengage the clutch please help me

Turn it around the other way. The arm ought to point toward the rear of the bike. Then you set up the cable so that it pulls the arm toward the curb side of the bike. Now your clutch should work just fine.

nope that didnt work

well i realized the guy must have lost the thing that goes into the 10t sprocket because nothing sticks out of it

There should be a clutch cable, two springs and either a cable end or a small nut on the end of the clutch arm itself. The large spring goes around the bottom of the cable and acts as a heat shield and the small one goes over the bare cable between the guide and the end of the clutch arm.
The cable goes thru the guide on the engine body and then thru the small hole in the end of the clutch arm.
