So I torched some strong steel off of a wheel barrow... Welded it to my bike frame... Bowed the frame out a bit as well so that the chain does not rub it... I think I fixed it?? I took it on a few rides so far and it seems to be working VERY well...
my problem is fixed....(chain rubbing)

Looks like a decent weld, but if it were me, I would run the bead down the entire edge, but a little at a time to minimize warpage. Other than that- ride on!

That's what I was thinking also -- clean weld there - please - check that weld often for a lest a while - don't want you or anyone else hurt - have noticed a lot of pounding on my MB.. Ride That Thing - Mountainman
