Just got done installing my New old stock 1940 Shelby bicycle rack on my Whizzer so I'd have a place to put my jacket while riding at the rally this weekend.

Do Whizzers use centrifugal clutches?

Some do, some don't. Most of the bikes came with the manual clutch. My 2005 has the manual clutch, but the auto-clutch was an option. I think the last batch of 2007 and perhaps all 2008 NE5s had the auto-clutch.

Yea my bike was built in September of 07 and has the auto clutch.
