A candidate for a motor?

I ran across this today, some of them aren't too expensive.

They look solid (high carbon steel), and Utah Trikes is a vendor I trust and recommend. For a build like my trike, it looks like the frame could be easier to stretch than the round tubing on my trike. The rear wheels on these are 24", so if there's clearance, they would probly do well with a Gebe.

It looks like the less expensive models you would have to swap out the back wheel?
The higher price ones have spokes? Van do you think they are spokes? I can tell on my
screen.

Really like the Green Speed Volomobile. Fumes might be a problem.

Wonder why that is? With bicycles it seems MORE expensive to have a plastic wheel. Spokes are lighter and more efficient, but for a tough wheel, the plastic is the best.

Maybe you could buy the plastic wheel trike, swap the rear wheel to a spoke and sell the plastic wheel here.....And I'd rather have hard plastic front wheels instead of spokes anyway, so you would have the best of both, plastic wheels on front, and spoked GEBE on the back.

You would have to be nuts to ride one of those low trikes on the road. I think it's irresponsible for people to be selling them for that purpose. Even on 'bentonline, this years favorite recumbents are mostly low trikes and lowracers, all impractical and dangerous.
