A Pre-War Clevland Welding cycle, complete but for tires and 1" pitch Chain...

That's actually a post war frame. That was called a "Camelback" style frame- They came out late '40s, that could be as late as '55 or so. I have a prewar Roadmaster "Flying Teardrop" men's skiptooth chainring with poor chrome that you can have for the price of shipping...
