AZBill's EZ Motorbike kit is here !!!

all ready to go...
*%*&%...chains to short!!!

waiting on some more chain

grampa's off-the-road for a few days folks

it's alive !!!

even though, I am have the piece of chain coming, azvinnie bought me some today (pretty cool of him :))
until I can get to my friends shop tomorrow, I had to put my bent exhaust from the 2stroke on it...out the right side of the bike, it sticks out about a foot
I picked up sophia at school, it was surprising the difference, between it and the 2stroke (mind you, mine was a hurtin unit after 3988.6 hard working miles on her)

no pics until she looks decent

this is what I have wanted since I got into motored bikes... it is really quiet, strong as heck, and even tho I was expecting vibrations from my disc-mounted 50toother (wich I drilled not very center due to my annoyingly bad 1 eye), it sucked up the 41 chain with as smooth a ride as I have never felt on a happy-time...grampa likes low vibrations :)

I, my friends, am a very happy camper !!!

thank you EZ Motorbike !

exhaust is done, looks good (thanks Vinnie!)
it was too dark to take pics, so I am planning a bunch tomorrow
this thing pulls like a tank people...
I pulled both girls and trailer (over 100lbs) up a steep hill here (no pedalling), that I had a hard time, even pedalling hard, with a 2stroke

I will wipe her down and get some shots, I promise

sure sounds like a winner

Fountain Hills too far away, It's been HOURS since you said you would post pics. Let see her before it starts to rain. The suspense is killing me.

nice build

hope you enjoy the 4 stroke.should be mellow cruising now.great build looks solid and good.i would like to see a close up of the motor plate mount on the frame.

my mount is very home-made(ish)
the orig was approx 2" too short so I 'stretched it' by adding some 1.5" angle...drilled and bolted it alltogether

strong like bull..ugly as sin :(
I only have limited tools and even less sight to work with them tho...so, if I can do it...anybody can

awesome build, Bro!!

She doesn't look too mad, Grampa....she's all *cheesin* for the camera!!!!
(but, you know what the wind does to a lady's hair!!! hehehe)

Be sure & give us a 'ride report' !!

Have Fun!!
