Bike doesn't idle when im not moving (in gear)

Without the sarcasm, the answer is that if you have a manual clutch, you must pull it in when you come to a stop or it will stall.

The rear wheel stopping will cause the chain to stop which, with the clutch engaged, will cause the engine ti stop.

The ones you see online idling probably run centrifugal clutches which operate automatically.

So yes, it's normal- happy MBing!

Thanks! I was just makin sure i wasn't doing anything wrong, and yes, my parents know what im up to. lol. I wouldn't do anything TOO stupid. I know my limits, haha. And yes, im sure my neighbors aren't in love with my bike, probably because the baffle fell off.....

i have a 48cc dual start starfire gt2 grubee and it has a dual clutch so i can idle at a stop without pulling in clutch, then i can gas it and go.centrifugal and manual.$149 from gasbike.top speed so far 31.5mph
