I tried searching the posts but can find out why the companies in California with cheap bike kits with free shipping ($130 and lower) can't ship to someone in their own state. I know it says CARB law but I ordered one last year from a company down south and it arrived no problem

I'm only guessing here, but maybe the out-of-state companies are less frightened of being caught making a sale that is technically illegal.


Wait aminute....maybe I didn't pay enough attention. You said "down south". Does that mean in-state? If so, then I'm at a losss.

you may have to look around -- to get close to that price -- with shipping anyway
