I'm thinking about doing the reverse some time this summer, put some "e" in one of my city bike builds.

Just for handy reference, what is the estimated weight of electric? Somewhere I read it worked out to be a pound per mile, i.e. 20 mile capacity was 20 pounds, 40 miles=40 pounds.

And, is there any battery carrying, pannier looking, readily available attachment that would fit behind the seat? Similar to the way I do my saddlebags?

Cabinfever, you've just proven to me that my motor will indeed fit in my Roadmaster.
Thanks.

I'd had my doubts about it. I could see that it was gonna be tight.

the bionx is on the back wheel but it looks like it is set up for disk brake . can i put a gear on that? is there a lot of stress on the gear?

should be a sound spot to place gear

that's where I was hoping to hook one up
looks like a strong place to me

was talking with MotorBikeMike a while back
seems that he said it was a good spot -- might wish to double check with him ??

ride that motor bike thing
