Hi i just replaced rings on my 80cc now i have a pinging sound at hi revs also do i have to run in the motor like it was new again 20-1 mix for 500k

yes -- kind of like 1/2 new again

your walls are broken in but rings are not

1/2 new again we recond ??

run 20:1 oil and fuel ratio all the time and use 98 octane fuel.
Get a SickBikeParts shifter kit and keep the revs low - use the standard exhaust pipe to keep bottom end torque high and you'll have a long running and reliable motor
