I raised the seat on mine and it's more comfortable, but the handle bars are what gets in my way. I'm 5'-10" and I think if I put old style high risers on it I could actually ride it. I bought mine for a nostalgic keep sake with no intentions of riding it anyway, so it's no big deal to me. Although I am thinking of putting and engine on it now. These bikes handle funky and are somewhat difficult to ride. I think most kids got them and didn't like them because of this, and I think that's why it's some what easy to find these bikes in great shape today. I know the one I bought about 2 months ago had less than 2 miles on it. The kid that got it for his birthday didn't like it. It still had all the paper work and owner's manual attached to the handle bars when I got it. They are a great looking bike though. But yeah, if you get the seat extension post and different handle bars, that might just work for you ! Good luck !

I agree with Porkchop.
With these OCC's you need to get the seat back, and the handlebars out or up if your over 5'6". My chopper is stretched out more than the OCC but I included a photo of examples of getting the bars "out" and the seat "back". I think the OCC existing seat post is 1" (25.4mm) check it before ordering one. The OCC seats are cool looking but kill your hind end on longer rides anyway.

The handlebar Knurled Center Section will be in the middle between the OCC risers, but they should still work. If anyone has another handlebar idea, please speak up.

Check out this photo of Eno's OCC Chopper with ape hangers. They make a big difference as far as knee room, and they look good too. I like them better than the original bars !
