cylinder question.

might go by the stud size. can always make the holes larder on the 50s case. think you may need to change rod also. or you got some other plans ?

I have a gen 2 steel jug and the ports are about 20 mm off to matching the cyl ports this thing has no power at all so i was wondering if i could install the 80 cc top end.. another thing if i need a crank i dont think the id of a 202 bearing is the same as a 203 therefore the 80 crank wouldnt fit in the 203 bearing??? why change the crank? pin size diff? Thanks

Question-Before you did you check for air leaks, chang the plug and plug wire and cap ? Most of these engines need to be broken in. Slowly there will be more power and speed. it's weird I know. but all of a sudden it all falls into place and makes you wish there was another so ou could go faster. These engines are not built for screaming more for getting you there . Good luck. Hope you get it strightened out.
