hey evryone! need help with my vintage engine!

new here. found my engine in a junkyard and am having trouble finding history on it. it says bumblebike on the pull start. it also has a motorcycle type clutch which lifts it off the rear tire. pic in avatar gna try to post more. thanks everyone!
